    You can also log your weights on the app to monitor your weekly progress effectively.

    Weekly check-ins will include walk through video demonstrations to help you adjust and refine your form. I will offer guidance on modifying daily habits and lifestyle choices to support your training and achieve your goals.

    For additional support, I am reachable via WhatsApp, where you can ask any questions about your program and share training videos for feedback on your progress.
